General terms and sales conditions
All reservations are prone to the following conditions:
Payment schedule
Direct bookings made more than 21 days in advance are processed in two
payments. A minimum of 50% of the total amount is required at the time
of booking. The remaining balance has to be paid at least 21 days prior
to arrival using the same payment details. If the booking is made later
than 21 days prior arrival, the whole amount has to be paid at once. The
total amount includes the Goods and Services Tax (GST 5%), the Québec
Sales Tax (QST 9,975%) and the Provincial Tourist Tax (3,5%).
Cancellation and modification policy
For any cancellation or modification (change of dates) made on an existing booking the following fees applies : A 95% refund over payments received is offered for cancellations or modifications made up to 14 days prior to the initial arrival date. After this period, any payment received is non-refundable.
Number of occupants
A booking allow occupancy up to the capacity indicated at the time of booking. Additional occupants may be added at any time and fees are calculated on the daily rate. A $25+tax per person surcharge is added daily for any occupant in overcapacity, which means over the capacity specified in the room listing. Requests for person in overcapacity is prone to approval and must be send 48 hours minimum prior to arrival. In absence of approval prior to arrival, the hotel could refuse the admission of occupants in overcapacity.
Unregistered visitors are admitted free of charge for the first hour on the site according they do not form a crowd in the units and respect the rules of the property. After this period, visitors are considered additional occupants, at the daily rate, and must not cause the maximum capacity of a rental unit to be exceeded.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are as indicated at the time of booking. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee of $25+tax per 20 minutes of delay. Check-ins after 9PM will be charged $35+tax per hour of delay unless prior agreement with the hotel.
Property rules
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside buildings and and within a safe distance from any entrance, family area and area where other visitors sit.
- Shoes must be taken off inside buildings.
- Minimum age for Artist's Ultra-Yurt and Air Drops occupant is 4 years old. No minimum age for Loft Ultra-Yurt.
- Children under 12 years old must remain under adult supervision.
- Please respect the quietness of the place and the neighborhood.
- Gas burners and flames are not allowed in buildings
- Please avoid cooking fried foods or bacon inside rental units to avoid deodorizing charges.
- In order to respect the ecosystem, please refrain from bringing wood from outside the property, campfire wood is provided to visitors free of charge anyway
Cleanliness and charges
At all times, the customer must leave any place he occupies and any equipment he uses in a state of order and cleanliness, with dishes well washed. Customers are charged for any damage caused by misuse or improper handling based on the actual replacement values plus a $15 restocking fee. Likewise, rooms left in a state of significant uncleanliness will be cleaned at the customer's expense at an hourly rate of $50+tax and $250+tax per day of closure caused if applicable. In any other situations, following fees may apply :
• Deodorization for smoking : $200
• Unauthorized presence of animals inside: $200
• Dishwashing fees: $35+tax
• Fees for major stains on bedding: $25+tax per sheet
Non-returned keys will cause an automatic $30+tax replacement fee, which is refundable is the key is back within 15 working days following the end of the stay.
Safety deposit
A $200 safety deposit will be pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card prior to arrival to cover any lost or damage and will be automatically released 3 days after departure if no damage is claimed by the property.
